8th November 2020 - Pip starts the Vendee Globe race with a theoretical ranking of 32 out of the 33 entries

January 7th - Lying in 15th position and nearly one thousand miles from land, in the Southern Ocean, Pip has to replace a rudder, alone, at sea to keep all hope of staying in the race
February 12th - Pip finishes the Vendée Globe race, in 19th position, 13 positions above her boats ranking, becoming the 8th woman and the 10th British sailor in history to ever finish this incredible race
May - With confirmation Medallia will continue as Title Sponsor, the new Pip Hare Ocean Racing team is formed, to become one of the only female-led professional international sports teams in Britain
The team purchase a 2016 generation foiling IMOCA with the objective of a top ten finish in the 2024 Vendée Globe race
