Hosting a celebration in London

Last week, we were delighted to welcome friends, sponsors and partners to an exclusive event at Butler’s Wharf Pier in London.

Tower Bridge was the epic backdrop for the evening, in which we were able to bring people together in person for the first time (finally!) to celebrate Pip’s Vendée Globe journey and look ahead to the 2024 campaign.

The entire Pip Hare Ocean Racing team was there to welcome guests onboard the new Medallia, which took centre stage on the Thames. After a tour of the new boat, guests were treated to refreshments from Salcombe Distilling Company and a special speech by Pip.

It was a chance for new and existing partners to meet and share their experiences of supporting Pip’s campaign.
